What data do we collect

– Project data: the briefs, reference images, budget information, and other content you submit when listing a project.

– Usage data: pages visited, features used, and navigation patterns within the Platform.

How we use your data

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

– To create and manage your account and provide access to the Platform.
– To facilitate the submission of Projects and the receipt of Bids from Makers.
– To process and manage Orders, including payment processing and delivery coordination.

– To send marketing communications, where you have opted in to receive them.
– To improve the Platform through analysis of usage patterns and feedback.
– To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

Our legal basis for processing your data is: (a) performance of a contract (to fulfil your orders and provide our services); (b) our legitimate interests (to improve the platform and prevent fraud); (c) your consent (for marketing communications); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing your data

– With Makers: we share the Project brief, contact details, and Order information with the Maker you select, to the extent necessary for them to fulfil your Order.
– With payment processors: payment data is shared with our secure payment processing partners solely for the purpose of processing transactions.
– With delivery providers: your delivery address and contact information are shared with our courier partners to arrange delivery of your order.
– With service providers: we use third-party technology providers (including cloud hosting and analytics services) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
– With legal or regulatory authorities: where we are required to do so by law or court order.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of 7 years thereafter, in accordance with our legal and financial record keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below), subject to our obligations to retain certain data for legal purposes.
